Is it just me or is the Times-Dispatch/inRich.com just plain disgusting?
I’ve never witnessed a media site that looks so awful. The layout, articles, main pages are just thrown up there like some sort of slop. Like someone just vomitted all over the page.
As long as I have been a resident of Richmond, the site has just gotten worse and worse. It looks like it was coded by a bunch of drunk monkeys. Unfortunately I know someone who works there, poor guy

I agree. I’ve been saying this all along as well. I think it is a marketing ploy to get us to buy the actual newspaper.

Yes, it’s bad. Stuff moves around too much and the search function is awful. Don’t get me started on useless breaking news emails. It’s closest competitor, Richmond.com, is no better. Looks like they recently got rid of “local updates,” so don’t expect any breaking news from them. And the navigation system is horrible. Thankfully, Richmond has bloggers to keep us up to date.
