Richmond Mayor L. Douglas Wilder looks like a dirty crook

He reported his assets $260,000 less than what he is really worth. His face looks quite appalling.

His public image is much different than what it is when he goes to the clubs. It’s obvious in this photo, unless someone tried to Photoshop Mr. Wilder. It’s very clear he is a crook and has done no good for this city of Richmond.
