Ben Fawley conviction thrown out?

I always had a feeling he was innocent even though his statements were confusing and didn't make much sense.
The Times-Dispatch just published a story regarding an attorney who wants the conviction thrown out.
This makes total sense because of the court-appointed attorney just gave up because there was enough evidence against him.
The only spew that came out of Ben’s mouth was the erotic asphyxiation statement. Everyone has there own fantasy, twisted mind inside of them, but it seems his mental state caused him to flip out. This explains all the shenanigans he did after the accident, such as posting missing signs everywhere.
Accidents do happen. Just ask your parents.
He doesn’t deserve to be in jail, he deserves to be in Bellevue.
Nothing works here, the medication doesn’t work. I’ve been here for seven years.

He’s a sociopath and a murderer.
There’s no way he’s getting off those charges.

The whole thing is upsetting. People need to get more educated on the facts here. The entire story is very triggering to me, as a women who survived a vicious attack years ago. So I am just going to try to stay calm about it while the details unravel. I just get emotional when people jump to his side and say he’s innocent! Blaming the victim is never good. There’s a whole lot we don’t know about what happened.
